Kimura Capital has added team McAMS Yamaha rider, Tarran Mackenzie (25), to its portfolio of sponsored athletes for the 2021 British Superbikes (BSB) season.
Tarran is no stranger to motorcycle racing having grown up watching father Niall win three British championships which fuelled Tarran’s love and skill for racing bikes for a living. Now competing in his fourth season in the top superbike class Tarran has worked his way up the ranks by winning the 600cc Supersport Championship in 2016 and then racing on the world stage in MotoGP’s Moto2 class in 2017.
Tarran is hot property in BSB and was snapped up by his current team and has now paid them back with race wins and podiums and in 2021Tarran wants to push to win the British Superbike Championship.
Kimura is overjoyed in becoming part of Tarran’s team of sponsors, assisting with his ascent through the ranks of superbike racing to become a champion.
Kimura will be working with Tarran and his team to create the first carbon negative offset for a superbike athlete, worldwide.
